In the fall of 1972, the UW-Madison Wisconsin Student Association sponsored a volunteer-run pharmacy to provide students with affordable medications. After two years, Community Pharmacy became its own independent entity, run collectively by its pharmacists and staff. Over 50 years later, we have grown to two locations in Madison and Middleton.
Our prescription pharmacy is located at 130 South Fair Oaks Avenue, but prescription medications can be picked up at Community Wellness Shop in Middleton. For more information, visit Our Pharmacy.
